Repair of CNG stations and supply of spare parts

The development of alternative fuels and concern for the environment arose at the beginning of the last century. The first automobile gas filling compressor stations arose in the 1930s in Italy, and then they were developed all over the world. To date, more than 10 million machines have been transferred to CNG. About 9000 CNG stations were built in different countries. As of May 2017, 281 CNG stations operate on the territory of the Russian Federation and according to the data of the Ministry of Energy of Russia, their number by 2030 should increase by 17.5 times.

The CNGS includes the following units:

• Connection block (block of input cranes) — provides supply from the gas pipeline and its registration.
• Gas pre-treatment unit — provides preparation of gas parameters up to the level required by the compression technology applied.
• Compressor unit (compressor unit) — Increases the gas pressure from the gas pipeline to the required 250 atm.
• The KPG preparation block — brings the parameters of compressed gas to quality in accordance with GOST 27577-2000.
• The accumulation unit — accumulates the reserve of CNG going to the refueling of vehicles until the compressor is switched on and enters the mode.
• Reduction unit — reduces gas pressure up to 200 atm.
• Gas filling stations — fill the vehicle and take into account the amount of gas released to the consumer.

In addition, an automatic control system consisting of electronic units and control programs, which controls the operation of the whole mechanism, is an integral part of CNG stations.
